Throughout all our training programs, we have a lively interactive approach to learning.
The environment is a safe place to try new skills and learn by doing.
We keep the pace of our programs brisk so participants don't lose interest. Lecture is kept
to a minimum. Participants have time for listening, discussion, reflection
and application of skills.
We focus on developing the right mind-set and the necessary skill set in all our training. We
emphasize relevance to the workplace and immediate transfer.
We customize most our programs in a number of ways:
- Focus groups before the training
- Pre-Workshop Questionnaires
- Case studies co-developed by the client and ourselves and used in skills practice exercises
- One-on-one confidential short meetings may be scheduled with the instructor before, during or after
the training day.
- Materials from the organization are used as a platform to teach Best Practices (e.g. a Powerpoint Deck)
- Goals of the training can be linked to the organization's Mission Statement and or Competency Model
Our form of customer service is the invitation to contact us, following the training
for additional support electronically or by phone.
One-on-one coaching is also available.
We give all of our participants detailed workbooks and laminated Tipsheets for future reference.
