Bina Feldman Consulting is a training company founded by Bina in 1987. We specialize in communication skills and other areas of professional and personal development.

Our company delivers customized in-house courses and one-on-one coaching to business people at all levels of the organization and across many industries. Bina Feldman and Bob Bercovici have more than 20 years of experience delivering soft skills workshops nationally and internationally.

Our participants learn transferable skills that increase their personal effectiveness, professionalism and leadership.


About Bina Feldman

Bina Feldman, B.A. M.Sc. is principal of Bina Feldman Consulting Inc., and a professional trainer, consultant, performance coach and speaker with over 25 years experience in Canada and internationally. Bina is a long standing member of CSTD (Canadian Society for Training & Development).

Bina started her career in the health sector as a Speech Language Pathologist and moved in Training & Development at Scarborough General Hospital. Bina moved into her own consultancy delivering training in the for profit and not-for profit sectors in a wide arena of Communication Skills.

Bina taught Presentation Skills & Public Speaking at University of Toronto, School of Continuing Studies for ten years between the 1980’s and 1990’s. She moved into the corporate sector delivering training and performance coaching in presentations to a wide variety of companies: American Express, Scotiabank, TD Canada Trust, Campbell’s, and Royal & SunAlliance.

Bina expanded her company with associates and topics to branch out into soft skills training. Her areas of expertise include: Communication Skills, Assertiveness, Coaching & Feedback, Mentoring, Customer Service, among others. Bina’s company delivers training and individual coaching that is highly customized and relevant to the learner and the company. The focus is on teaching practical skills that are easy to implement the day after training.

Bina has worked one-on-one with her clients in performance coaching: for job interview preparation, senior level presentations, team presentations, sales presentations, speeches, communication challenges and customer service issues.

About Bob Bercovici

Bob joined our team in 1998, after a long and successful career in corrections. Aside from other duties, he delivered a number of training programs for the Ministry of Solicitor General and Correctional Services with a special interest in communication skills and anger management.
binapic Today, Bob Bercovici is a training consultant and coach specializing in programs for personal and professional development. He holds a Bachelor of Arts and has done extensive training in psychology.

Bob delivers group training and individual coaching in the following areas; Presentation Skills, Communication Skills, Change Management, Understanding Anger, Conflict Resolution and Team Building among others. Recognized as an expert in anger management, Bob is often requested to conduct corporate workshops for various industries.

Bob is an Advisory Board Member of the "Corporate Alliance To End Partner Violence." During his 20-year career, Bob has worked with many groups training business people in the public and private sectors and volunteer groups.

 

About Caroline Williams

Caroline Williams is a learning consultant that has partnered with business leaders, key stakeholders and project teams to design, develop and deliver collaborative online instructor led learning solutions. Her areas of expertise include e-Learning, compliance training, coaching and mentoring. She has developed courses for the prevention of workplace violence and harassment and disability sensitivity training.

binapic Caroline has worked for such companies like Desjardins, Noranda, consulted or Avaya Canada Corporation and has more than 15 years of corporate leadership experience. In 2005, she decided to pursue her passion to help leaders and corporate teams learn or improve skills so that they can achieve different outcomes.

With extensive knowledge of adult learning and instructional technology, Caroline uses her instructional design skills and technical skills to produce effective, engaging and on-target training that respond to business challenges for clients from the manufacturing, financial, education, marketing, construction, engineering and non profit sectors.

As a volunteer and mentor, Caroline gives generously of her time with organizations such as Future Possibilities For Kids and Toronto Region Immigrant Employment Council (TRIEC) and the Canadian Youth Business Foundation. She is an active member of the Business Advisory Board for the University of Toronto Rotman School of Management’s Students in Free Enterprise (SIFE) team.

Caroline is currently working hard to complete her Master of Education degree at the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education (OISE) at the University of Toronto.
