Participants compete in teams to discover land appropriate for grape growing. The groups are presented with many challenges and decisions must be made in an efficient and practical way. Each participant receives only part of the information they need to make sound decisions. They have the choice to share the information, keep it to themselves or give it away. Every move the participant makes affects the group and the final outcome.
The objective of this energizing workshop is to find new approaches to team building and uncover insights about working well together.
